How much time do you have?
Whether you're curious, confused, or just want real answers — these programs are for you. Small groups, honest conversations, and a space where there are genuinely no dumb questions. Everything is age-appropriate and built around where you actually are right now.
Two days of real talk in a small, comfortable group. Perfect if you want the essentials without a long commitment — covering the stuff you've probably been wondering about but weren't sure who to ask.
Eight weeks to go deeper, get comfortable, and actually understand the stuff that matters — bodies, relationships, feelings, identity. You'll get to know the other people in your group, and by the end, questions that felt scary at the start won't anymore.
The full picture — ten weeks to really understand yourself, your relationships, and your world. We go beyond the basics into identity, media, emotions, and what healthy relationships actually look and feel like. For young people who want to go all in.
Groups are matched by age and stage — not just grade level. Not sure which is the right fit? That's exactly what the intro call is for.
What you share in group stays in the group. Parents may receive general updates about what topics were covered, but nothing you personally say is reported back to them. This is your space.
That's completely normal — and honestly, most people feel that way at the start. The whole point of keeping groups small is so it doesn't feel like performing in front of a crowd. You never have to share anything you're not ready to share.
Depending on the program and age group: body autonomy, puberty, consent, emotions, healthy relationships, identity & LGBTQ+ inclusion, media literacy, online safety, and reproductive health. Everything is matched to your age and where you actually are.
Programs span elementary through high school. Groups are matched by age and developmental stage — not just grade level — so you'll always be with people at a similar point in life. We figure out the right fit together during an intro call.
100% yes. You can be as quiet or as talkative as you want — there's no pressure to share, speak up, or perform. Some people open up a lot over time; others prefer to mostly listen. Both are totally fine.
There is genuinely no such thing as a weird question here. If you've thought of it, someone else has too. You can also submit questions anonymously using the form below — no name, no email, just your question.
