M.Ed in Child Studies, Concentration in Healthy Sexual Development · Vanderbilt University, Peabody College
I'm a comprehensive sexuality educator based in Brooklyn, NY with a practice rooted in child and adolescent development and social-emotional learning. I believe that great sex education isn't separate from a young person's social and emotional growth — it is social-emotional learning.
My graduate training at Vanderbilt's Peabody College focused specifically on healthy sexual development across childhood and adolescence. Combined with hands-on experience in K–12 classrooms, at Planned Parenthood, and through internships at sexual health and mental health organizations, I bring a deep, cross-disciplinary understanding of how young people develop at every stage. I've taught health education in Massachusetts, Tennessee, and New York.
What sets my practice apart is a commitment to meeting young people exactly where they are developmentally — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum, but a carefully sequenced experience that honors how development actually works.
